My daughter has recently moved out of her house but is four weeks away from completion. The new owners are due in first week of December. She needs buildings insurance but can't seem to find a company who will insure for an unoccupied house. Can anyone recommend an insurance company?

will her current home insurers not do it? I can leave my house unoccupied for 90 days on my policy, and so can my sis.
They do exist. We found one having done a web search specifically for that. Can't recall who though.
We have added a clause to out homeowners that if unoccupied the heating is maintained at 15 degrees. The house is still covered by original insurance if vacant with no length of time specified
