at mini roundabout nearly fully turned to the left car comes from the right and clips me with side of car slight damage on my car around top of headlight corner other car speed was as if did not stop at mini roundabout or slow down
Had a similar incident myself this week but thankfully, the other driver stopped before collision. However, I would deem this as undue care and attention when at speed on a round-a-bout by third party driver.
Hope you got all the details of other driver and informed your insurer whether you have to claim or not. Get at least three estimates for repairs and inform the third party either direct or through your insurers to see if they will pay your repair bill.
Good Luck!
You have right of way over traffic coming from the right if you are already on the roundabout. But I don't fully understand your point . Do you have a question ?
As you were hit around the headlight area this would indicate that that other vehicle was at least half way round the roundabout, if not more. You should have looked first and given way.
I agree with Derekpara - Two cars waiting at a roundabout - vehicle to the right has right of way - A vehicle already on the roundabout has right of way.
Other replies do not seem to grasp that because of the speed of the other car, you had already started to enter the round-a-bout BEFORE the third party.
This makes you the priority driver.
They were at speed and too fast to stop the collision.
Please note everybody, the third party clipped her and not the other way round!
