If the problems were with your bank or your job, what were the problems, have you been able to rectify them? It's hard for us to help with so little information given - and if you are just looking for insurance, there are dozens of insurance comparison websites - if you need something specialist you may need to go to a broker.

well the manager who planned the shifts did not like me atall. so she wasnt giving me the amount off hours i should have been getting and my bank was constantly giving me charges to add to the problem. so thats the main reason.
So there wasn't enough money in your bank account to pay the premiums, and the bank wouldn't pay them when they were demanded? Are you still working there or is this going to happen again? - a direct debit is a legal arrangement, no insurance company is going to cover you if you don't pay up.

well no its not going to happen again cause ive got a new job and its like 3 times the amount of hours i was getting in my last job. and also its a reliable pay which i get every friday and its a comfortable job which i get the same amount of hours all the time.
Go to citizen advice bearue to recover any out of pocket expenses caused by the poor treatment from you previous employer.

It shouldn't be a problem getting new insurance. Most insurer will only refuse to cover you if your insurance was cancelled due to non-declaration of a claim/conviction or insurance fraud.
