Just had the confirmation of cancellation of insurance for the works vans as we found a better price elsewhere. On the letter it asks us to return the certificate within the next 7 days. Is that normal?

yes, it prevents people using it to claim they are still insured.

Perhaps I should pay more attention in future. Well they can wait until I get the certificate of no claims they promised would be included, and hasn't been.

Who did you use eventually? Were you asking about multi-van policies before?

Yeah, I ended up taking out a fleet policy with Ageas. It's saved us £2,500 from the premium that More Than quoted for renewal.
