Is he going off me ?
7 Answers
I'm 18 and he's 27, been together 6 months. He's treated me like a princess etc but it's been rocky lately with stress in our own personal lives. We have this routine of texting each other when we wake up but recently he's been layed back. Sometimes like today he hasn't texted util the afternoon then I called him up and he appolagised saying he was rushed at the gym and he was on his way to work. Now he's just texted me saying 'I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you, I hate when you're upset, I love you & I'm going to be with you forever so in the future I'll make sure I text you first because you're the most important thing in the world to me, being away from you has been so hard I can't wait to see you'' He's always been sweet but now I'm freaking out because I'm scared he's gone off me or cheating?? He hasn't showed any signs but is this one? Shall I reply to him?

If you are in a relationship and he's saying that he loves you, chances are he loves you. Some blokes will say anything to get you into bed, but you guys are past that stage by the sound of it. Try to relax and really enjoy the butterflies!
So a guy sends you a message saying.....
'I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you, I hate when you're upset, I love you & I'm going to be with you forever so in the future I'll make sure I text you first because you're the most important thing in the world to me, being away from you has been so hard I can't wait to see you''
That makes you feel insecure? Hmmmmmm...I think you may have other issues here!

You sound very insecure about your relationship. Don't let it be the only thing in your life - you need a life too. Don't chase him up, don't ask for reassurance - otherwise he has a controlling streak in this relationship. Just trust him, and if he goes to the gym, you find your own interests too. There is quite an age difference between you - in those nine years, people start to get different priorities (as you'll find when you get to 27). He says he loves you - stop freaking.
