I've been working ever since I left high school 5 years. This job I'm currently in is ok the money could be better but the company and the people I work with is great. I've been working with the company for nearly 3 years. I work for a college I've some opportunities to do extended study. I'll nearly be finishing my HNC in Admin and IT evening course in May. I want to progress and do the HND but I can only do it full time and not in the evening like I have been doing with my HNC. I really want to do the HND but I don't want to lose my job either. I can't go down the part time hours, the only thing I can do it leave my job. I'm in 2 minds whether to leave my job. I don't want to make the wrong decision and regret it I love my job. Should I leave my job go back to college full time and get a part time job and then maybe go further into university or keep my job (which I love) and muddle along leaving the idea of doing my HND behind? I know the funding will not be as good as the money I make just now but I have been told it will be worth it in the end. I don't have an exact idea of what I want to do with my life but I really want to do the HND. I left school with no Highers and regret that. I really need some help or ideas of what to do. Anything helpful will be great, thanks.

You really have to go with your heart on this one i am afraid, you can talk it through with others but you have to make the decision, you don't have to make a rush decision, i did an access course 4 years ago and then decided to take a temp job that turned into 3 years, i really enjoyed it but decided i wanted to go to uni to study education, i left the job and i am a full time student, money is thin on the ground but i wouldn't change a thing at the moment, i don't regret not going to uni 4 years ago as the job i did gave me confidence and that will be with me forever. You will make a decison soon and you'll know it was the right one! Good luck
