whats another name for a triangular protractor?

we used to use them at school and I'm sure there was a specific name for it.

We used to call them set-squares.

Thanks for the quick replies. Not what I was looking for though. I associated set squares with 90deg angles and no intermediate angles. Keep going...!

A protractor is a circular or semicircular tool for measuring an angle or a circle.

A set square or triangle is an object used in engineering and technical drawing, with the aim of providing a straightedge at a right angle or other particular planar angle to a baseline. As you can see, this one doubles as a protractor, having the degrees also marked on it.

That's what they requested us to have at school and the official name from the manufacturer. Maybe just a 'local' name then, as no-one else appears to have heard of it!
