Help needed on Early Childhood Studies Essay!

Hi all, I just wanted to ask if anybody knows if there is anything on the internet regarding resaerch or debates surrounding the care of children up to 3 years of age?

I've ased my tutor about it and he has said to look in my module book where it will be discussed but there is nothing except government policies etc and its not a direct link to the question!

Anybody pls help!!!!!
