Can anyone help me. I work at a local sessional pre-school and am looking to employ an Administrator to make our lives a bit easier. Could anyone help me with a job description as I need to get it right what he/she should or should not be doing. Thanx

It will depend on what duties you want him/her to do. I'm an administrator and have worked for different companies and the work has been different in each one. Administrator seems to be just a fancy term for Office Clerk!

Usually it includes post, photocopying, filing, answering the phone plus anything else you want.
