Job at Mc donalds and pay?
I had an interview for Mc donalds as a crew member last monday.Mc donalds send me an email saying i had the job .Now this wednesday i have a Job Evaluation ,I was wondering what this includes and also does any one know the final pay.I was reading on a site somewhere that they review your pay after 3 weeks.

Didn't you find out the salary at the interview or wasn't it mentioned at all when you applied? Seems a bit strange to review the pay after only 3 weeks.
It isn't looking to good - just a quick google found this:
- McDonalds pays young workers less than other employees - some as little as �3.85 an hour. The company pays a different wage for 16 and 17 year olds, 18 to 21 year olds and over 21s, the survey shows.
- Since October 2001 McDonalds has had a policy of paying a different rate to young workers depending on their age. The pay rates for young workers in the most provincial areas are: 16-17: �3.85; 18-21: �4.00; 22+: �4.50.
