I have an interview this week for a very successful college near me for a Training Support Officer vacancy. The job seems to be all about establishing & maintaining effective links with employers to increase apprenticeship placements. I have had previous sales experience (allthough not for a while) and am a confident girl, but i was wondering if people could provide some tips on how to generate those leads.
Part of the selection process is that I must deliver a 10 min presentation entitled " How would you effectively work accross the directorate to increase recruitment for apprentice/ work based learners" I have spoken to a couple of people working in similar roles in other colleges but havn't really got much to go on. The Learning & Skills Council website has been a helpful source of info but I'm struggling a little with this topic. Please, does anyone have any suggestions. With thanks, Kellie.
