14 year old needs short tearm job

right im 14 and relly need a job
im good at most things and a quick learner
but i only want a short tearm job as i just need a little bit of money quick to pay for a porfolio (i model)
but i would consider a long tearm job
any ideas

ive rang all ma local hairdressers and cafes and a few said they would ring back if they had a job

well you'll need local work so it's going to be foot work.

does anyone need leaflets delivering? a paper round? local shops?

you'll be limited what you can do, and you're a bit late for a summer job.

i relii dont wanna do a paper round coz of rain and stuff and im not bothered i wouldent mind doing a saturday job i always need money lol

Katie for a 14 year old your spelling is not very good. I suppose if you become a very good model this wont matter too much. Term, really, portfolio, my, wouldn't.....
You could try putting a card in local shop windows offering to do some babysitting, or whatever interests you. Check out shop windows and local papers as they sometimes have something suitable for young people.

if you're good enough to be a model, perhaps a modelling agency would take you on without a portfolio.

Your parents will know it is difficult to find something to earn money, so maybe you could offer to do things to pay them back, you know extreme hoovering, wash the car etc?

i alredy do alot at home and i really want to get a job aswell so i can have my own money as i want to move out as soon as i can afford it but it isnt too easy to save as im always needing new things

a legitimate model agency will not take money up front so your mam and da have wasted their money.
go back to school and learn to spell

actually you will find that you have to pay for a portfolio at most agencys it is very rare you find one that you dont

how much is it for a portfolio

well it varys at different agencys and the number of pics, outfits, and catalogs and agencyssent to also effects th price
at my agency it cost �95 for 4 pics in 1 outfit to be sent to 1 agency and catalog
�175 for 8 pics in 2 outfits and sent to 3 agencys and catalogs
and �245 for 16 pics in 3 outfits and to be sent to 5 agencys and catalogs

i went for the midel option as the 1 option dosent give you much chance
