I used to wait until the last minute to set planfor the coming week, but I realized that scheduling in advance makes much more sense

I would much rather hear that, than someone trying to come up with what they think is a clever reply. As I said in my earlier post, I can't stand these interviewers who like to wring-out every bit of the little power that they have, during these interviews. A decent and competent interviewer should never need to know your weaknesses. If a candidate has what it takes for the job, and is reliable, punctual and honest, then that is all that's needed. Weaknesses of an employee can be learned at a later date, through experience. The type of interviewers who ask the aforementioned, ridiculous questions are the same type of people who, when given a clipboard, suddenly think that they are above most others.
