What does is actually mean ?
"We have looked at your backdated claim and decided that you have satisfied the Labour Market conditions for Jobseeker's Allowance from 13/4/11 to 23/5/11.
We have also decided that you have not shown good cause for the delay in making your claim from 13/4/11 to 23/5/11"
I under stand the second said that I wont be getting backdated claim, but was the first paragraph mean ?
Please help

They then look at the reasons you gave for being late in claiming and in this case decided not to allow payment. The fact that the JSA is not payable does not stop the NI being credited.
