Describe the importance of continuous improvement within customer service

Your competitors will always be improving with new ideas and new facilities in customer service so it is important you dont stand still.

Offering support via the web (facebook, twitter etc), mobile phones, ipads and other hand held devices is important.

In support you have to keep improving because your competitors will.
