The flexibility of the NVQ qualification enables each individual to progress at a speed appropriate to their own educational and existing skill levels for example you could look into Experienced Worker Route NVQ's, you may be able to get a NVQ through On-Site Assessment and Training (OSAT).
I would contact your local college and enquire about relevant courses, and maybe arrange an interview with the course tutor. They should be hapopy and willing to assist you with gaining the appropriate qualifications and steer you in the right direction towards accreditation.
