term time jobs only..

Does anyone know what other industries offer term time hours only. I currently work in a University and love working term time only but fancy a change of position. Anyone got any good ideas?

I can only think of schools or do temporary work. Temporary work is hit and miss though so not worth giving up a good job for.

Hi there.

Many local authorities or nhs trusts will offer term time only contracts - but they are hugely sought after! Basically government agencies as they like to encourage family friendly working etc. You could try writing to the HR departments, but be warned as they normally still have to advertise them!
