So my work took me off schedule for the pandemic which i was completely fine with. Now they want to put me back on when my state hasn't even gotten it's peak and I'm afraid. I live with my grandparents due to my mother's divorce and my grandmother has a weakened immune system due to cancer treatment. I told my manger that i thought i shouldn't go back due the this fact and she messaged me back with the same information, I need to tell her when i can work...I don't think i should go back but she is making me. What should I do?

you're in the USA? This is a UK site so the answers won't be directly relevant; I don't know about workers' rights where you are. But I agree with you, you should try to avoid going to work while you're living with vulnerable people like your grandmother.
Your reference to 'my state' (together with Americanisms such as 'took me off schedule' and 'gotten') suggests that you're in the USA. This website is UK-based and, while we welcome questions from all the over the world, we might not be best-placed to know about your legal rights. (Perhaps Quora.com might be a better place to ask?)

If you're in a trade union (or 'labor union', as I believe that it's called in your country) you should seek advice from that body.

However, to the best of my knowledge, here in the UK there's no special provision for people who simply live with someone else who has a suppressed immune system (rather than having limited immunity themselves). My understanding is that the person with limited immunity (i.e. your grandmother) should seek to self-isolate within the family home (by remaining in one room own their own and having as little contact with other family members as possible), with everyone else carrying on as normal (as far as is possible). You might find that similar guidelines apply where you are.
What is your State's Governor saying about folk returning to work?
