It's better to ask questions in a conversational way and for coursework type questions explain the context and what areas you suggest should be included. Think it through. What is pastoral care. Think of a few examples of where pastoral care and support are needed or helpful.

I don't know if you are at uni or what but if you look at the online brochures for a variety of universities you will find what they each do to provide pastoral care for their students ..... that should give you loads of examples.
