Good morning everyone, Eventually i got response from German embassy about my visa and they are requesting me to submit my transcripts. I have to send an email to university and want to tell my situation which is mentioned below, please someone can proofread this email. thank in advance.

Dear xys,
I’m writing you to take some urgent help. Actually my visa was refused by German Embassy and the reason was, my study intentions were not clear and in April and I applied again for my visa and today I got an email from embassy that I have to submit them my previous transcripts by tomorrow. The problem here is I got fail in three courses and I’m wondering that if consulate will raise any question on fail courses. I would like to request if university can issue any letter or statement in which they can mentioned I was regular in the class but due to digital learning I got fail and I can take these course again in next semesters.
I hope to hear a positive response from you.

Hi. Seems rather long and asking a lot but may be that's needed. First query from me is what is a transcript?

I'm asking because may be you just need to ask for copies of transcripts urgently for visa purposes. Maybe embassy arnt interested in the details of grades and your digital issues

Bob has made good points. You just need to say that you have applied to the German Embassy for a new visa and they notified you today that they need some information by tomorrow. Then say that it would greatly help your application for a visa to have a statement from the university saying that you can repeat any failed courses next semester. Then ask them to email you the transcripts as well if you do not have them.

thank you so much @boobinwales for your answer. I'm not sure, what they need but I'm a little afraid.
A transcript is a document which university issues where we see which courses we have passed and which courses we have failed. I hope my explanation is clear hahaha.
