School friend. All the other ones like Dandy and Besno were donated to me by the boys in the flat upstairs as was The Eagle.

I was more interested in books my mother taught me to read when I was very young and before I went to school. I was a right little book worm.

Can anyone remember the first gift they had stuck to the front of the comic, to promote sales. I remember them giving a pea shooter at one time. :)
