Why Might Thus Warehouse Job Have Not Called Me?

Yesterday I had a txt off this job I applied in a warehouse for to say thier colleuge would call me yesterday and I never got a call. I txt him this morning to say I never got the call and when my availability is today and not had a reply, why might that be?
