Is It Ok To Ask This In An Interview?

I'm going for an interview tomorrow and it says on the job description there's commission pay involved. Is it ok to ask if it targets?

Hi Abbey, it certainly is ok. There are different sorts of commission pay so the point needs clarification as you need to know if there is a set minimum wage which will be enough to cover your basic living costs. Is payment solely based on sales, or is there a basic pay plus commission? I would also ask if commission increases the higher targets you achieve.

Be prepared to answer questions asking if you have met target sales before. Good luck with the interview.
