I've been offered a job from an agency in a warehouse Monday to Thursday 7.30-4.30 Friday 7.30-12.15 and its 2 buses away I need a new job but don't like sound of journey

How long will it take to get to work? I used to get a bus, a train and another bus to work. Lots of people have to commute to work

Abbey, if you take the job, I think you'll be back on AB soon- saying how tiring it is. You very quickly got fed up of the travelling involved when you were in Home Bargains and the care home. The new job has an earlier start, longer hours - and you've not been doing a full day/ a full week's work for quite a while. PS Do you know anything about the warehouse? I know you often look at reviews?

Coz It was tiring going care home then home bargains. Yep it's mixed reviews. They said if I want to start tomorrow needs to be done tonight

I don't blame you for being doubtful about the journey especially with winter weather ahead. If you have to be there for 7:30 and 2 buses are involved you'd have to leave home very early.

Abbey, is this the same warehouse where you nearly got a job a few weeks ago? Is there a high turnover of staff? Do you know anyone who's worked there? Will you cope with being out at crack of dawn and returning about 11 hours later?  I know you said you wanted to work in a warehouse, but that didn't work out well last time, and you seem to know very little about the new place.

Abbey, I don't think much of the 'if you want the job, you need to start tomorrow' attitude - most working people wouldn't be able to do  that (and many wouldn't want to!). I thought you were going to think properly about your next job, this might just be another one of your mad rushes from one place to another.

Abbey, you'd be as well to give this job a miss - it's hardly a dream scenario. Have you checked to see if there are any vacancies at the other one, the local warehouse?

You won't stay there, the travelling and early hours will be too much for you, with dark mornings and bad weather. Who pays the bus fares? Within days you will be on here asking about another job offer. Sorry

I think that the warehouse job would be too much for you.  They seem to be looking for someone who is capable of many tasks.

How did you get on at the laundry today?  Was it easier?  Perhaps stay there without thinking of changing again.
