For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Are they two separate questions? If they are two parts of the same question, it's harder.
The second question demands a specific response for a specific position, e.g. "I have xyz qualification and abc years' experience in a releated industry/company which demonstrates my ability to apply theoretical knoewledge for a practical purpose... examples of my usiing these skills include (managing a project/new development/meeting budgets/timescales etc)..."
The first question is much more open-ended. If the application is for a general graduate or other trainee programme rather than a specific job, they want her to demonstrate some understanding of the company and to have an idea of which part of the business she would prefer. [And then she can demonstrate qualifications/experience that make her suitable.]
If it is for a specific position it's a harder question to answer: does she want to be CEO? Head of Department? A director? Some recipients of application forms are looking for ambitious, motivated people but others look for someone who will fill a role and not be dissatisfied with it/want to move on too quickly.
Hope this helps.
