Has any used this long term? I'd like to know how helpful it really is in learning a new language.  I've been using the free version for a while and find it somewhat lacking so I'm thinking of subscribing to the full version.

It tells me I'm wrong without explaining why, that's the main problem I have.

I've read the reviews but I'd like a more personal reply.  Can it really teach someone to be fluent if they put enough time in?

Since everyone seems to be into Spanish, just to say that wasn't what I tried. But I suspect the system is much the same for all offered languages.

I'm trying Welsh - thought it would be an easy option now I've conquered ll without spitting and I already know a lot of words 😁

I think it is a beautiful language

Mind you, I doubt if you'd ever hear a Norwegian say that. They're too well off. They'd get the Swedes in for the menial stuff  😋
