Good for you - nice to see someone using some initiative! Im afraid I am not in your area, but try putting up cards in your local shops advertising yourself for grass cutting (wont be long before the grass starts growing!) knock on your neighbours' doors and offer to do car washing - all the muck and salt on the roads at the moment means people need their cars washing more often - make sure you have a bucket, a sponge and some car wash stuff - makes you look like you mean business. Always ask politely, make eye contact and smile at the customer - and do a good job! You could try babysitting - I used to use a young lad to babysit my two kids, and he was great. Get your mum or dad or teacher to act as your reference should people need to know if you are reliable. My 14 year old daughter walks our neighbour's dog twice a week, and gets paid about 10 a week for it. A great way to keep fit too! Good luck to you, and hope you succeed!
