Question for Loosehead. Thanks for the reply. What if you have received a contract of employment, but not signed it. Do the contents still hold up legally?

If not signed then I suppose that could be a bit of a legal minefield. Is this the case? Does your employer not have a signed contract?

Even if you have not signed the contract but have been working under the terms of the contract then it will be assumed that you accept the terms. So it doesn't matter that it's not signed
