I went on the selection day for the Met Police last Thursday. It is quite daunting but the Maths test(Numerical Reasoning) is not as hard as you probably think, all the practice/example tests i did were harder so just get in as much practice as you can. If you apply you will have loads of time between having your application accepted and your selection day so just be well prepared and you should be fine. I can't tell you exactly how hard you will find it because i have no idea how good you are at maths but its nothing to worry about.
