being a chef, cos i get to cook all day which i love....can be a bit stressful but hey, most jobs are!!!!

I sometimes get to help out on the artist liaison team at a local concert hall. That means I get to be the main point of contact if the artists need anything - food, phone, kettle, transport, laundry etc. I've bought fish & chips for BB King, ironed shirts for Winton Marsalis and chauffeured Arthur Smith to his hotel. It's just the best, plus I get to see the shows for free.

Sometimes when I am singing, playing the piano and getting really high on it, I wonder how on earth I can be paid for doing it! But that is only a small part of my work.

bellasasha I miss chefing, did it for years. Always thought it was the most perfect job too.
