aside from doing paper round, at your age i did a lot of babysitting for people in my village which pays well for not a lot of work! failing that as long as you dont do too many hours it is ok to waitress which is also something i did at your age but i would recommend the babysitting, try putting a notice up in your local shop or something, youre bound to get some replies, hope this helps!
