career change?

I have been working nightshift for a parcel company for 12 years now since leaving school and have worked my way up to nightshift foreman.I also have a flt license as well as an award for a health and safetycourse.However i now would like to work dayshift but am worried i will only find employment in another warehouse.Would my experience help me in any other jobs.Any advice is appreciated.
