i am having difficulty in answering the last two questions in the competancy section the one about the challanging and difficult situation and the one about telling someone or a group of people something upsetting or difficult to hear any help would be greatfull as it has to be in in two days.

Given that you can't spell competency or grateful I suspect completing the form will be a challenging & difficult situation that you have faced.

I would add that answers to important questions like this should be yours; not cribbed from someone else.

Please tell me this is not the standard of education found in people applying to join the police force in the UK. My advice would be never to get someone else to do your work for you. If you don't have the answers, research them and find them yourself. As you will be writing reports etc. if you get into the police, learn to spell and to punctuate properly ..... PLEASE! Good luck!
