Which jobs despite all the best health and safety regulation in the world are still insanely dangerous? Are there any jobs that could not be made any safer unless you simply did not do them?

I work on the overhead lines on the railway.....one mistake and there`s not much left of you after 25,000 volts going through you
I think statistically the most dangerous job in the World is Atlantic Crab fishing. It has a 100% injury rate.

The Crab season is very short but also takes place when the sea is extremely rough. Because of the short season the fishermen have to work quickly and intensley so mistakes often happen. They do how ever get paid a lot of money.
What about those people that climb up the insides of caves to get the nests for birds nest soup. I would imagine all the emergency services are pretty dangerous too.
