what should i do with my life?????

hi everyone, im in my 3rd year of a law degree but am not wanting to do my professional yr next yr. therefore i want to do something else but im not sure what. i like the idea of being a travel agent but... no offence to travel agents....their salary is not very good and seems a bit of a waste of my degree. anyone got any ideas apart from becoming a solicitor/ barrister??? thanks for ur help

Don't waste your Degree you could work in the legal department of a large company

Your degree is never a waste. Employers will be able to see that you can study for something and achieve it. Just think about what job you would like to do. Travel agents may not seem to make much money but with commisions etc they can take home a good wage. Which would you prefer.. A job that pays well that you hate.. or a job you enjoy that is less well paid...

I did a degree in Computer Studies and hated my yr in industry and have not used my degree since I left uni. I am much happier than i would have been doing it for a living.

Theres always journalism, that could be interesting or perhaps theres opportunities abroad? take a year out and maybe travel or work that might help you decide where you want to go?
