I began a 3yr nursing studies course at University in October last year.
I was there for around six months and I completed my first semester, and past all four of my first year module exams. Three of them with credit/merit. The problem is I don't know if they are worth anything since I left the programme early?
They awarded me 15 credits for each module, do these benefit me in any way? Can i use them in any way?

However, all institutions have their own rules on this and one university/college is not obliged to recognise the credits of another. Also, look into whether your credits are only valid for a certain length of time. Usually, they are valid for a three year period, so if you do not recommence your degree in that time, the credits 'expire'. From an employment perspective, I very much doubt that your credits are of any benefit to you to be honest as potential employers will not recognise your credits as a qualification in their own right.
The Open University recognises credits from other institutions. Completing one year of a degree gives you 120 points so you would only have to do another 240 to get a degree with them. Worth looking into if you want a degree. http://www3.open.ac.uk/credit-transfer/
