Staff benefits

What benefits does anyone get in their jobs? We don't get anything where I work and I'm trying to think of suggestions of staff benefits they could introduce to make the company more attractive to work for. Any ideas gratefully received.

This will depend on where you work, you could be working for an undertaker but I am not sure you would want a staff discount, a shop may give you a 20% discount. Maybe a good staff perk would be a local travel pass to travel to work.

i work in a shop so i get store and company discount. theres also 'days' near special occasions such as xmas or start of they year where our discount gets bumped up to 75% for 2 weeks or so. we can also get discounted travel passes (bus,train etc) to get to work. its in the city centre so we can pay �3 to park all day in a nearby car park if we show our staff cards instead of paying like �1 a hour. we can also get free lunches or teas if we work special days like 1st day of sale.
