my daughter will be 15 soon and would like to get a part-time job, we live in Scotland. Can she work part-time before the age of 16 and if so what type of jobs can she do?

There are restrictions on the type of work which can be undertaken, the number of hours worked each day and per week, together with rules about the earliest and latest hours which can be worked.
