I have been working for the local council since september. Currently we are going thru' an office move, from seperate offices for each team, into one massive, open plan floor. Potentially, this will cause it's own problems and solutions but one of the rooms i am expected to work in for around 2-4 hours a week is tiny, no window, 2 desks and i am claustrophobic. Can they force me to work in there?
I have spoken to HR who have, in turn, set up an informal meeting with my line manager, both of whom have told me not to worry. Should i worry? In mid march my 6 month probationary period will be over and i will be told if i will be kept on - i can't see any other problem apart from this - my work is top notch and everyone is please with my performance etc. HEEEEEEELLLLPPPP!!
