i had an nhs clerical interview & they asked if somone rang up for their test results & you knew they were ill what would you say? (act like you know nothing & get them to speak to relevant person) also if one person gives you a task & then somone else comes along & says forget that- do this instead what would you do? (speak to supervisor) they asked what i knew about disability discrimination & what things are in place to help (showed knowlege of aids like typetalk, induction loops, access issues etc & to treat everyone the same). cant remeber any more.
