changing jobs

I am currently working as an agency chef and am looking to change jobs totally but dont know what i want to do or with my qualifications what they will allow me to do.
I have been in charge of kitchens and staff and have had to use microsoft word and a little excel.
I have to change jobs as we are planning a family and as my partner earns alot more money then me it makes sense for me to look for a different job that are 1 better hours and 2 have a potential of earning me a decent wage something which is v rare in catering.
So if any ex chefs or in fact anyone has any ideas they would be much appreciated.
