I phoned an old school friend two days ago but he was already it seems on the way to Afghanistan (he's in the TA). I was wondering: can I e-mail someone who is posted abroad or is that not allowed? If not, how would I be able to send him letters? Do I send it to a TA office who then pass it on to him?
