you are not going because you want to get away from him ..and you dont want to take him away from his daughter ..so you are in a no win situation ...someone is going to get hurt... if you feel its a better life for your daughter and your daughters ok with it ..go for i ... how old is your daughter and what she saying about the thought of not see her father as often ???

He has supervised visits as our daughter has said that he cant keep his hands to himself (a polite way of putting it). And he def cannot see her alone.
Its not a case of wanting to take her away from him, and it is a better life for her over there. Have done my homework and checked out schools, and found one there, near where we woiuld be, thats perfect for her.
Even before speaking to my daughter about this, she has repeatedly said that she doesnt want to see her dad. And that she only goes because the judge says she has to go to see him.
She is 9 years old.

and one more thing .. a judge carnt make your daughter see her father ....
a judge is there to do whats best for the child ....
and if the child wishes not to see her father there is no judge that can make her ...
so you are wrong about that ...
its upto you to inform courts of your daughters wishes and upto you to see that your daughters requests are met !!!..
you are the mother.....and your daughter as told you see wishes not to see him ...
SO DO WHAT SHE WISHES !!!!
