Hi Mentality, Not sure if this helps, I am also qualified to degree level in person centred counselling and find it difficult to get work as the above mentioned counselling approach as C.B.T seems to get all the funding, I am doing an M.A in psychological therapies but work as a mental health support worker the only way forward is to do your 450 hours client work to become BACP reg, and work from home or an office, or do CBT training i no that may grain against your philosophy of the client centred approach. It is all government focused they want to see results now thats why CBT have the lime light..... For now.
