Should I wake him?
My partner took the little one out to see his relatives at about 5pm, he returned at 6.30 and baby was asleep, he's still asleep now and well due a feed and change. Should I wake him or wait until he wakes up?

i gave you correct advice dont wake the baby. you can either feed on demand or regularly either way is ok as long as the baby is taking enough fluids.
if you dont want answers then dont post questions.
and you obviously should be talking to your health visitor as youre an inexperienced mother and need correct adbvice.people online and especially on cb are not better qualified than your own health visitor as sh e has access to your babys medical records and should have a knowledge of your baby.
do not adopt that tone or attitude with me , i answered at least have the decency to take honest and genuine advice .

You are a man, so what if you have 3 kids, you've probably never done anything for any of them, it's probably all been your wife. Get her on here, I'll ask her a few things and get more sensible answers from her, than bitchy, girly statements from you.
STUPID MALE Go to hell, all further spiteful, bitchy remarks from you will be ignored. I can't be doing with your crap. You sound just like Legend!

change his nappy while he's sleeping if you can, if its really needing it. i would'nt wake him up to feed though-he'll soon tell you when he's hungry and if you think you cant change him while sleeping, like the hunger, he'll soon wake up when he's uncomfortable! However, if he's prone to nappy rash or has really sensitive skin then i would attempt the nappy change!
You should write down questions like this for when you see your health visitor-i always forgot anything i was going to ask! hope this helps and you get a relatively peaceful nights sleep xx

Mars06 more or less what i said.obviously changing a nappy without waking the baby is the sensible thing to do,As this is a relatively new baby i doubt the baby has settled into a regular sleeping habi that i twill continue, though it may have.
Always consult with your health visitor thats why they are there .They are only too happy to help and have knowledge of your baby that noone on a website can .Unless folk on cb have access to yoour babys medical records?Which im 100% sure they dont.
