my friend says that her school are going to make it a policy that girls have to wear a white, beige or another very pale coloured bra, as the school uniform includes a white blouse/shirt.
Can they do this at a state (don't know if it affects the situation) school?

This was a couple of weeks ago, and i jsut asked her if it was any pale colour or jsut white and beige and i was mistaken, they are thinking of making it so you can only wear white/ beige.
But its only in the summer and a few people in spring and autumn that you can see them on, because they have black jumpers to wear.

My schools stricter, 'only dye your hair a natural colour' 'one stud or hoops smaller than a 10p coin, per ear' 'no ear stretchers' But because we wear dark polo shirts, you can't see even black bras under them.
The makeup thing has got to do with it because ummm said that they can have rules on jewelrry and makeup etc so why not on bras, but if they have no rules on make up or jewelry why should they create rules on something that is often less visible.

Its the worst state school in a 15 mile radius and apparantly ' they think they can improve the standards by having stricter rules.' But there's no point in having strict rules if half the pupils smoke/drink alcohol/take drugs and the teachers are baby sitters, where only the very top classes barely pass the subjects.
