dont know wher you live, but best bet is to go round local cafes and introduce yourself

Put together a cv...interests....what subjects you are taking etc. Check out the web. Some resturants have a website and probably an email address. Setup your cv as a pdf and email them. Mark it for the managers attention.

Well, it's good to see you are wanting to get into part time employment whilst being young, but as you are only 14 there it's quite limited to which type of jobs you can legally do. However, if you are local to any cafes then you might be able to work as a waiteress or maybe just a general assistant which would include such duties as Clearing/cleaning tables once customer(s) have left - would require fast but effecient standard of work so the tables ready for another customer. Maybe depending on the cafe and how the manager is you could be serving customers and taking food/drink orders which would require excellent people skills most importantly manners and remaining polite and prepared for difficult customers at all times but must not be rude regardless.

Local hairdressers - See if you could work weekends for a reasonable wage and would be doing things like assisting when required & making tea/coffee & greeting customers when they come in, and hang coat/bag in the allocated place within the salon. Again would be need to be polite at all times.
