My partner has been working in the NHS for about 5 years , she is pregnant at the moment and i believe entitled to whatever the full maternity pay is .

If she applies for another job within the NHS but outside of the hospital she works in , does she still retain the same entitlement to full maternity pay ??

I think she will retain her rights if her employment counts as "continuous employment".  Sorry I can't be more specific.
If its the same hours as the previous position - then Yes.
The NHS is not your partner's employer, it is the Hospital Authority or Trust. If she changes jobs but stays with the same employer she will be ok but if she works for a different employer she won't.
