If male whips in the house of lords are known as lords-in-waiting' what are lady whips called?

Just a thought - as the term whip and the whipping system derives from hunting, shouldn't these terms be replaced by something a bit more legal? As they seem to be there to make MPs and Peers toe the party line, wouldn't something like Enforcer be a better title?
