Have you actually contacted a solicitor? The first half hour is usually free (as a general rule) and you ought to be able to get some basic advice in regards to your circumstances and an idea of the way forward.
actually - yes.. and I got really badly fleeced! - so far my divorce has cost me over 8,000 and they havent advised me or helped in any way.
no I have no savings and also have a 22,500 matrimonial debt which I have to take with me!
